Mini Miss Bread

Megan started Mini Miss Bread in her home kitchen back in 2017. Her and her then husband Jeff outgrew the kitchen in 2018 and opened their shop in May 2019.
Mini Miss Bread (named after Megan’s childhood nickname ‘Mini Miss’) are all about small batch handmade bread and pastries, made with love and passion by a small team of bakers. They treasure their relationship with their customers, many of whom have been buying from them since day one, and Megan and her team took them along with them on the journey of growing MMB.
When I asked what they stood for, the answer was simple: individuality, passion, care, fun and quality.
I asked Megan to share a story:
‘I once nearly set our house on fire by drying out the proving baskets in a (cooling down) oven. Forgetting they were there, I set the time for the oven to come on early the next day only to be woken up by the smoke alarm and a house full of smoke! Thankfully we caught it just in time and only the bannetons came to any harm!’
